That Make It Happen

Ordered tan but received what looks like an OD green. Too much of a hassle to go thru an exchange process. No hook for hanging on a bathroom door. For $70 I shouldn't have to add or modify it for functionality.
Keith,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I really appreciate it. I’m sorry the Travel Kit didn’t come out of the box looking the way you expected. Our Field Tan canvas is dyed using natural processes, and when it’s brand new it can lean toward green. With use and a little time, it settles into the classic tan color that many of our customers love.
The kit is able to hang from a door, though it can be a little easy to overlook. The webbing strap that closes the kit is designed to snap back to itself when open, creating a loop. You can see this feature in some of the photos of the open Heritage Black and Hunter Orange Travel Kits on the product page.
If you’d rather return or exchange your kit, please don’t hesitate to reach out at frinfo@frostriver.com. I’ll personally make sure it’s as simple as possible.
Thanks again for your order, and for giving us the chance to share these details.

Great
Bought this for my husband for Father’s Day. It was pricey, but he loves it. It has numerous compartments for his toiletries, and he can hang it up and see everything.
I paired the RollUp Travel Kit with a medium Accessory Bag with snaps. It is a great combo for organizing your travel kit. Last travel kit I will ever need!
I got the orange accessory bag. Thought I’d use it for international trips, but I found it to be a little too large for toiletries (as a dude). Instead I found it a good size for camp kitchen and the pleated pocket holds the fire striker and a long spork easily fits in the mesh pocket. Solved the jingling by adding paracord to zippers. Obviously it’s a pretty adaptable kit.
