It looked great, but as soon as I unstrapped it, the nib slid off the rivet and it doesn't stay closed. When I contacted them, they said I had to send it back at my expense for them to repair. Did not offer a replacement, did not even offer to pay shipping. A defective product is one thing, but it's twice the price of imports and they have worse service. I bought it thinking I would get good excellent service of a small company, but they seem they are just out for profits and not long-term customer loyalty.
Going to buy Chinese-made with actual quality assurance and good customer service next time. Why pay double if I get less?
