ImOut Duffel Bag

I ordered 2 ImOut Duffel Bags, one for a birthday gift and one for myself! Beautifully handmade in USA! From start to finish my experience with customer service to delivery time was excellent. Looking forward to purchasing other items with this company!

This bag matches several items my son has previously purchased. He has wanted it for a long time. I got it for him for Father’s Day.
To personalize it, I added the monogram. It turned out beautifully and he was very happy.
Customer Service was excellent and very prompt answering questions and getting the bag to me in time for Fathers Day.

I had an idea in my head of a small duffel to use for trips to the gym, golf course, and any other 1 day or overnight trips. It was like this bag was taken directly from my thoughts and delivered to me. Outstanding quality, beautiful bag, and perfect size for what I was looking for. When the bag isnt full, it even seems to shrink a bit as the bottom sort of flattens out. Fits really easily in a standard locker and feels great to walk around with. HIGHLY recommend this specific bag, and I can only imagine other products from this company are just as great. Frost River!

I purchased 5 ImOut Duffel bags with personalized leather patches for each of my groomsmen in my wedding as a gift of thanks. They all loved them immediately. Over the next few months I would get pictures of their packed bags and notes saying how much they appreciated the quality and craftsmanship. "The perfect weekend/overnight bag!", they would say. I became jealous to the point I bought myself one. Just got back from my first weekend away with the bag and I can't thank Frost River enough for really coming through with a quality product and awesome customer support for my initial order.

I ordered this as a gift, sent to the gift recipient. I have never seen the gift, so I have no opinion as to the duffle bag.
