Excellent quality and customer service

The bag is of obviously exceptional quality. I was looking for a tote for garden tools and yard things, and the Small size seems perfectly fitted for that. It's small enough and the canvas stiff enough that it stands on its own nicely.

Also, Frost River reached out to confirm my shipping address (which was entered strangely) before putting the package in the mail, which was as much appreciated bit of personal customer service.
