Great Bag, Better Customer Service

The prairie boot bag is a great bag. It has a specific look that I wanted, and the materials are all high quality. It’s become the only bag I need to carry, from trips to Colorado to Hawaii. I had an issue with some damage that occurred to my bag (my fault, NOT Frost River). Frost River repaired quickly and it is as good as new. Customer for life!

Great Weekend Bag and More!

Received it super quickly, in time to take on a four day trip to NYC. Perfect for overhead bins. Such a handsome bag. It's heavy, so I'll have to take that into consideration when flying. I used the boot compartment for a pair of cowboy boots, but the compartment has multiple uses. The strap is wide and sturdy, just like the bag. I am thoroughly pleased with this purchase, which won't be my last with Frost River.
