I encountered the Sven Saw on a camping trip in TN a few weeks ago, where I used my buddy's saw to essentially cut a tunnel through a bunch of fallen trees that had blocked a short trail from our campsite to the river (the banks of which were littered with 5-20ft high piles of timber that had fallen down the gorge and been swept downstream over the summer--if I didn't know better, I'd have though a logging operation was using the river for transport). It worked a treat, and the weight (~1lb) wasn't even worth mentioning, despite the nearly-vertical-at-times ~1mi hike with >1,000ft elevation change, including a few actual ladders. I ordered one the day I got home, and have had multiple occasions to use it around my yard/woods/firepit already. Love it!
