These Lure Guards are made from our durable 18-ounce waxed canvas and lined with Velcro for ease of use. Not only do they make transport easier, but they’re also great for preventing your dog or children from stepping on a hook. We make our Lure Guards in two sizes; the small is for jigs and short lures, the large is for longer crankbaits with multiple hooks.

    Very Functional Product

    I ordered three of the large size lure guards.
    One for my Dad as a Father’s Day gift.
    One for myself. And one for my (not so twin) twin brother.
    Like all Frost River products, they’re very well made, and they’re also very functional.
    I’m looking forward to a lifetime of use with them.

    Great product

    Sure, there are cheaper items elsewhere but you get what you pay for. I absolutely love these guards and they work exceptionally well. Traveling with multiple rods has never been easier and I experienced no trouble while using these guards. I was worried that lures might stick into them but as long as your hooks are not contacting the Velcro there are no worries.
