Official Giveaway Rules

1.Eligibility:

•Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of the continental United States.

•Employees of Frost River, their immediate family members, and individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2.How to Enter:

•Purchase-Based Entry: Receive one entry for every dollar spent on eligible purchases made during the giveaway period.

•Free Entry Option: To enter without making a purchase, send a postcard with your full name, email address, mailing address, and phone number to:

All mail-in entries must be received by December 11th, 2024. Limit one free entry per household.

3.Giveaway Period:

•Entries will be accepted from 12/3/24 to 12/11/24 at 11:59pm CST.

4.Prizes:

•Two individuals will have the chance to win: one Camosota Stocking, one medium Accessory Bag, one Field Deck, one Frost River Cribbage Board, one Belt Foraging Pouch, two Pint Sleeves, one set of Frost River National Park Maps, one Frost River Catalog, and one Frost River Sticker. Valued at $183.00 USD.

•Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for other items.

5.Winner Selection and Notification:

•Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

•Winners will be notified via email or phone within 24 hours after the giveaway ends. If no response is received within 48, an alternate winner will be selected.

6.Odds of Winning:

•Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received, including both purchase-based and free entries.

7.Publicity Release:

•By participating, winners agree to allow Frost River to use their name, photo, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8.General Terms:

•Frost River reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules or tampers with the entry process.

•Frost River is not responsible for technical issues, lost mail, or incomplete entries.

•Giveaway rules are subject to change at Frost River’s discretion.

9.Limitation of Liability:

•Frost River is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
