Retail Team Members are responsible for greeting and assisting customers in selecting and purchasing retail goods. As part of the Retail Team, you will also work to fulfill online orders, help out with production assembly work, and cleaning upkeep in the retail store.
At Frost River, craftsmanship doesn't end at the workshop door, it extends into how we welcome and serve every customer who walks through it. We take the same care with our store and our service that we put into the packs we build. Our Retail Associates are part of that tradition, helping to create a space that feels warm, well-kept, and rooted in pride for what we do.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with genuine hospitality and product knowledge.
- Operate the point-of-sale system for purchases and returns.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting.
- Restock shelves and ensure displays are neat and full.
- Learn about our gear and share that knowledge to help customers find what they need.
- Fulfill and ship online orders with care.
- Follow daily opening and closing routines.
- Help with general upkeep and store support throughout the day.
