We are announcing the opening of our brand new rental center TODAY, August 4th, 2021. Outdoor enthusiasts can now rent Frost River’s famous packs and accessories to take on day trips as well as longer adventures. The rental center will operate out of Frost River’s Storefront, located at 1910 West Superior Street in Duluth’s Lincoln Park Craft District. 

Bushcrafters and weekend warriors alike can check out packs, tents, bear barrels, and other outdoor accessories to make their next adventure as epic as it can be. Items can be rented for a day, week, month, or however long is necessary. Once returned, the rented gear will be thoroughly cleaned. This means we understand normal wear and tear happens to gear on hiking and camping trips, and you won’t have to worry about getting the gear dirty or wearing it out.

We are committed to providing quality, affordable rental equipment to anyone who wants to get outdoors. Rental rates for the gear provided by Frost River are designed to allow everyone to enjoy the woods, even if money is tight. If an adventurer wants to test gear before buying it, this rental program is the way to go. All of our rental gear is made in the USA from durable materials that were meant to be in the elements. The solid brass hardware and the waxed canvas allow for weather resistance, keeping the gear inside dry.
